It says whether the document register names that exact model code, only a variant code such as TR408-C, or neither, which code was the tested sample, and, where records exist, links the register filtered to them. Each register record shows its type, number, date, the models it lists and the tested sample, and covers only those models. Send us the model and destination and we will say which listed records name it.

We hold EMC and LVD test reports and conformity certificates for named models, each listed on our certificates page with its number, date, the models it names and the tested sample; each covers only those models, not the whole range. Some are voluntary conformity assessments of a sample and technical file: the register notes that the July 2025 TR street-light assessment is not the manufacturer or importer declaration required before CE marking. No. Where a model page lists a 12-hour programme, it is a reduced-power schedule, not continuous full-rated-power operation. The CF2040 page, for example, lists 1 h at 100%, 3 h at 70%, 4 h at 50% and 4 h at 30% of the agreed starting lamp power. Actual runtime depends on the site, the season and the selected configuration; our solar design page explains battery energy, dimming and runtime.

It is stated per model, never for the whole range. Where a model page or configuration row shows an ingress rating marked factory confirmed, that is the factory's confirmation for the luminaire itself, not an independent test, and it does not rate a light tower, trailer, inverter or complete installation. Ask for the rating of your exact configuration to be written into the quotation before you order.

Indicative goods prices are published for the exact configurations listed on our solar street lighting and solar flood lighting pages, and on the CF2040, LY-C, T4, T5 and T6 model pages. Each is the goods price for one lamp with the solar panel and battery listed for that exact configuration; freight is separate, and other accessories, taxes, quantity terms and current validity are confirmed before you order. Any configuration not priced on those pages is priced on your written quotation.

It depends on the exact configuration and route. State whether the quoted configuration has an integrated battery, separate energy storage or no battery: carrier acceptance, labels, packing and transport documents can change with it. Yes. You can discuss custom or private-label work with us, from a change to a listed platform through to your own branding, packing and labelling, and you approve a sample before production. Start with a named platform and the specific changes you want, rather than a general specification. The written quotation sets out feasibility, tooling, quantities, samples, documents and service terms for the exact project.

Yes, RyanFulfil can coordinate fulfilment when the exact Xiuben Lighting product and route are accepted. Samples, wholesale freight, parcels and selected dropship routes can all be assessed. Carrier acceptance, battery treatment, destination, price, timing, shipment basis, responsibilities and invoice parties are then set out in writing for each order.

Its current registry status has not been independently confirmed, so ask for status confirmation if your project requires it.
