What the report does not cover
The report is not product certification and tests no luminaire, so conformity in your market follows only from the model records.
It records no self-owned after-sales service and no on-site engineer service. Aftercare is set out in your quotation.
It records an owned trademark count of zero for this legal entity. Separately, factory-provided China trademark documents name Xiuben as registrant of DONTA registration 11772641; the two records have not been reconciled, and its current registry status has not been independently confirmed.
The CCC certificate it lists is a Chinese-market certification and does not evidence conformity elsewhere. Ask us for its full printed scope.
